Is my business data safe? What does hua actually store?
hua stores only: your name, email, company name, plan details, and the audit report we generated (which describes your data in aggregate, never individual records). We never store your CRM contacts, financial records, employee data, or any uploaded file contents. Files are processed in memory and immediately discarded. All API connections are read-only.
What is the $25 re-audit fee?
When a connected data source undergoes significant structural changes — like a CRM migration, a new chart of accounts, or major schema changes — the AI needs to re-learn the data structure to answer questions reliably. The $25/source re-audit fee covers the automated re-scan, re-cleaning, and re-validation. This is separate from your regular monthly maintenance, which handles routine data updates automatically.
